The victorious Dutch side

Here's a pic of the Dutch side - they don't have the most up to date website (and it's all in Dutch) in the cricketing world but considering they just beat the English in the T20 World Cup maybe they're going to have a whole lot of new sponsors!

Check out their website here.

Holy shit! that was a good game! Great start to the T20 WC. Love it when the underdogs win.

Man I just don't know why England struggles the way they do. I just don't know why they suck so much? They play so much cricket throughout the year. I just can't pinpoint it. are they too traditional? no big hitters? they don't take chances? too conservative? does anyone really want to see collingwood bat? why? why? why? They really have to pull up their socks for the next game against Pakistan.

To me, they are the most boring cricket team in any form of the game.

Heya Jawad!

It was a great game but let's be honest England missed three run-outs that they normally would have taken.

Great start to the tournament but hugely demoralising for the home team and fans - not good for the image of English cricket which is already down in the dumps irrespective of their wins over the West Indies.

I don't like KP but he brings a different element to the English side - ditto for the likes of Andrew Strauss - probably coz they grew up in SA.

Where are the new generations of the hard bastards like Alec Stewart, Darren Gough and Mike Atherton?

Do you think any of those 3 would have tolerated the second of the misfields before staring daggers at the younger guys and demanding they step up? I doubt it...

How can you have a chairman of selectors effectively saying you HAVE to have a leg-spinner in T20 cricket no matter how good or bad he is?!

It boggles my mind that they don't play Strauss in this form of the game - he has brains and all the shots in the book and the IPL proved how important experience really is...
