Basically you pick your players each week and depending on how many runs, wickets or catches they take, they're awarded points.

I've been playing their Super 14 rugby competition recently and there are over 12000 "virtual" managers picking teams each week. I'm ranked about 2000th out of them.

The winner gets a tour to Jamaica or something so there's a bit of incentive to play in it.

Rules are that you can only pick a certain number of players from a side to ensure you diversify your selection.

Make sense?

These fantasy league things are quite popular in soccer and American Football as well.
